How long will delivery take?


Home Décor & Accessories: 2–4 weeks (processing + transit).

Stock Furniture: 8–12 weeks total. Shipped via sea freight, then delivered by a local carrier.

Custom Furniture: 8–12 weeks (made-to-order production + transit).

All timeframes are estimates; holidays, customs clearance, or port congestion may add additional days.

Will my order arrive in multiple shipments?

Possibly. To reduce wait times, ready-to-ship items are sent immediately unless you choose Deferred Delivery at checkout. With Deferred Delivery, we hold all pieces and ship once the full order is ready.

How do I track my shipment?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email for each parcel. Sea-freight furniture updates appear once the container clears your local port and transfers to a domestic carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are collected by the carrier or local authority.

How do I ensure my furniture will fit?

Measure your doorways, stairwells, elevators, and the destination room. Use our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guide as a reference. These guidelines do not guarantee fit.

Will the delivery team move my old furniture?

No. Please clear the space in advance; our teams cannot move or dispose of existing items.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. “Final Sale” and custom-made furniture cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Visit our Returns Center online, enter your order number and email, print the prepaid label, and drop the parcel at any carrier location.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. Start the process in the Returns Center and select the replacement item. Exchanges ship once we receive your returned item.

Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not warranted. If not reported within 14 days of delivery, the defects and variances will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price, taxes and delivery fees will be refunded.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@luxavogue.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to one of our warehouses, for more info contact us and we will guide you step by step.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

Returns are not accepted for customized items, chairs, mirrors, tables or our Marble Table collection as those are customized and made to order. Note that returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or assembled.

Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a appropriate instructions. All returns & exchanges must be shipped and post-marked within 30-days of the delivery date with no exceptions.

All items being returned must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition with original packaging. Please keep this in mind when repackaging any returns. 

AmbiaLux reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Luxavogue reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to misuse or damage by the client.

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please also contact us and we will proceed with next steps for this occasion. For all items that arrived damaged or broken please send the following:

  • Photo of damaged item + Photo of your shipping label that you received (all in one photo)
  • Order #

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
