Shipping Policy – Luxavogue

At Luxavogue, our goal is to make every step of your purchase enjoyable and seamless—from the moment you place your order until it arrives in your home.


1. Order Processing

  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Standard processing time: 1–6 business days.

  • Orders may ship in multiple shipments if items become ready at different times or require different carriers.

2. Delivery Timeframes

3. Deferred Delivery Option

If you prefer to receive everything at once, choose Deferred Delivery at checkout. We will hold all items until every piece is in stock, then ship your order together. You will be contacted when your goods reach our warehouse and a consolidated dispatch date is set.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking link is emailed once each shipment leaves our facility or a partner warehouse.

  • Tracking for sea-freight furniture activates after the container clears your local port and is transferred to a domestic carrier.

5. Preparing for Delivery

  • Measure first: Ensure all access points—doorways, stairwells, elevators, hallways—and the destination room can accommodate your new piece(s). See our Measuring for Furniture Delivery guide.

  • Room readiness: Clear the space before arrival. Our delivery teams cannot move or dispose of existing furniture or household items.

  • Delivery teams will place items in the room of choice but are not authorized to unpack, assemble, or install unless you have purchased a White-Glove service (where available).

6. Delays & In-Transit Orders

While we work with trusted carriers, unexpected events (customs inspections, weather, port congestion) can extend shipping times. Orders already in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded due to carrier delays beyond our control.
