For all international orders and orders shipped outside the European Union, EU, please be aware that your purchase most likely will be subject to custom related fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. Please note all these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping costs. 

We recommend contacting your local customs office for guidance on applicable fees before placing your order. 

Please note:

  • All international shipments may be subject to customs inspections.
  • Delivery may be delayed until duties and taxes are cleared.
  • Recipients are responsible for any additional charges imposed by local authorities.

1. Order Processing

  • Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Standard processing time: 1–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items become available at different times or from different warehouses.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Delivery Timeframes

3. Deferred Delivery Option

Please note: Luxavogue™ ships from multiple warehouses worldwide depending on stock availability and product category. If you don’t choose the deferred option, your order may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost.

5. Tracking & Notifications

  • A tracking link will be sent once your shipment leaves our warehouse or partner facility.

  • Tracking for sea-freight furniture activates once the container clears your local port and transfers to the domestic carrier.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates after receiving your shipment notification.


6. Preparing for Delivery (Furniture Orders)

  • Measure before ordering: Confirm your doorway, stairwell, and room dimensions fit your furniture.

  • Room readiness: Clear the space prior to delivery — our teams cannot move or dispose of existing furniture.

  • Standard delivery includes room-of-choice placement only.

  • White-Glove Service (assembly/unpacking) is available in select areas upon request.


7. Delays, Customs & In-Transit Orders

While Luxavogue™ partners with trusted carriers, unforeseen events such as customs inspections, weather, or port congestion may cause delays.

  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded due to external carrier delays.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are regulated by your local government.


8. Lost, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to initiate a carrier claim.

  • Luxavogue™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

  • Claims typically take up to 30 days for resolution depending on the shipping provider.


9. Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes multiple products and one or more are unavailable, we will:

  1. Ship the available items immediately.

  2. Refund the unavailable item(s) to your original payment method.
