Shipping Information - LuxaVogue
At LuxaVogue, we are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. For expedited shipping, our processing time is between 1-6 business days. We utilize various shipping methods to ensure that your orders reach you in the fastest and safest way possible. Please note that all our products typically require an estimated 2-4 weeks for production and delivery.
For our Furniture Collection, orders are initially shipped via sea freight. Tracking information will be updated once the shipment arrives at your local port and is handed over to your local carrier from the sea freight company.
For Custom Furniture orders, the estimated time for production and delivery is between 8-12 weeks.
Please be aware that shipping times are estimated and may be subject to delays. Due to increased carrier delays in recent years, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations for orders that are already in transit, as these delays are beyond our control.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@luxavogue.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to one of our warehouses, for more info contact us and we will guide you step by step.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for customized items, chairs, mirrors, tables or our Marble Table collection as those are customized and made to order. Note that returns are not accepted for items that have been installed or assembled.
Customers must contact us in advance of returning items to receive a appropriate instructions. All returns & exchanges must be shipped and post-marked within 30-days of the delivery date with no exceptions.
All items being returned must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition with original packaging. Please keep this in mind when repackaging any returns.
AmbiaLux reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Luxavogue reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in new condition due to misuse or damage by the client.
If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please also contact us and we will proceed with next steps for this occasion. For all items that arrived damaged or broken please send the following:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
